Terms and Conditions for Reservations

Arrival / Departure times

Check-in: from 14:00 to 22:00
Check-out: Until 12:00 noon.
(Different times of arrivals and departures can be agreed with the Reception
when possible and upon request)

No show up

If customers do not arrive at the specified arrival time, this is considered a No-show. Consequently, any deposit or payment that has been made is lost and the room is free and available to the reservation department.

Late check-out

A late check-out of a room (upon agreement with the Reception) will be charged 50% of the room’s daily rate between 12:00 and 18:00and 100% after 18:00.

Breakfast

Breakfast is served and is included in the price.

Children and Extra Beds

Young children under 6 years of agestay free of charge. Older children or adults are charged EUR 10 per night per person for extra beds. Extra beds can be provided upon request and according to availability. Maximum capacity of extra beds in a room is 1.

Car Park

There is no parking space on site.

Internet

Internet connection (Ethernet / Wi-Fi)is available for our guests in all areas of the hotel and is free of charge.

Cancellations

Reservations are confirmed with a non-refundable deposit of 50% of the total amount of the reservation. If a reservation is cancelled 60 to 7 days prior to arrival, there is a fee of 50% of the total amount of the reservation. This does not apply to reservations for one night for which the fee is 100% of the daily rate.

If a reservation is cancelled in less than 7 days prior tothe arrival date or in case of a No-show, then the total amount of the reservation (100%) is non-refundable.

Pets

Pets are not allowed in the hotel.

Taxes and extra charges

Accommodation rates include all legal taxes.

Accepted credit cards

Visa, Mastercard, Maestro. The hotel reserves the right to pre-authorize credit cards prior to arrival.
